By purchasing, downloading, or using any products from Clipbait Design, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General Information

Clipbait Design creates and sells custom FiveM EUP packages, clothing assets, textures, and other digital products. All products are provided as digital downloads and are intended for use within the FiveM platform and approved communities.

By purchasing any product, you agree to follow these terms.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

All products are delivered digitally after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products, you are responsible for ensuring your system and server meet the requirements before purchasing.
Clipbait Design is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect installation, third-party scripts, server issues, or user modifications.

3. Refund Policy

Due to digital products being delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

Refunds will only be considered in situations such as:

The product is completely unusable due to a mistake on our end.
The product was not delivered after payment.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind.
Lack of knowledge on how to install FiveM assets.
Server closure.
Not liking the product after purchase.
Failure to read product descriptions.

4. Product Usage Rights

When purchasing a product from Clipbait Design, you receive a license to use the product, not ownership of the files.

You may:

Use the product on your personal FiveM server.
Use the product on one or more servers owned by you (depending on the product license).
Modify files for personal server use.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the files.
Upload the files publicly.
Leak or provide files to other individuals or communities.
Claim the work as your own.
Use assets for commercial resale without permission.

5. Server Transfers

Products purchased from Clipbait Design are assigned to the original buyer.

You may not transfer ownership of purchased files to another person or server without permission.

If you sell or transfer ownership of your FiveM server, you must contact Clipbait Design for approval regarding asset transfer.

6. Custom Orders & Commissions

For custom EUP packages:

Customers must provide clear details, references, and requirements before work begins.
Changes requested after completion may require additional fees.
Estimated completion times may vary depending on project size and workload.
A deposit may be required before work begins.

Once a custom package has been approved and delivered, refunds will not be issued unless there is a major issue caused by Clipbait Design.

7. Support

Support is provided for installation-related issues and product errors.

Support does not include:

Creating your server.
Fixing unrelated scripts.
Troubleshooting third-party resources.
Teaching FiveM development.

Clipbait Design reserves the right to refuse support for abusive behavior or unreasonable requests.

8. Asset Protection & Leaks

Sharing, leaking, or redistributing Clipbait Design products is strictly prohibited.

Any attempt to leak, steal, or resell our products may result in:

License termination.
Removal from our services.
DMCA/copyright action where applicable.

9. Product Updates

Clipbait Design may release updates, fixes, or improvements for products at our discretion.

Updates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

10. Changes To These Terms

Clipbait Design reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the latest version of these terms.

11. Agreement

By purchasing from Clipbait Design, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
