License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all products purchased from Clipbait Design, including but not limited to FiveM EUP packages, clothing assets, textures, uniforms, logos, and custom-designed resources.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Clipbait Design product, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, Clipbait Design grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for your FiveM server or approved community.

This license allows you to use the product for its intended purpose while following the restrictions outlined in this Agreement.

You are purchasing a license to use the product, not ownership of the product files or intellectual property.

2. Allowed Usage

You are allowed to:

Use purchased assets on your own FiveM server(s).
Install and configure the product for personal server use.
Make personal edits or adjustments needed for your server.
Use screenshots or videos of the product for server advertisements and promotional content.

3. Prohibited Usage

You are NOT allowed to:

Share purchased files with anyone else.
Upload Clipbait Design products to public websites, forums, Discord servers, or file-sharing platforms.
Resell, redistribute, or trade purchased products.
Include Clipbait Design products inside another paid product or resource.
Claim Clipbait Design work as your own.
Remove credits or branding when required.
Use purchased assets to create competing products.

4. Server Usage License

Unless otherwise stated, purchases are licensed for use by the original buyer and their owned FiveM server.

If you operate multiple servers, you may be required to purchase additional licenses depending on the product.

Sharing access to purchased files with developers, staff members, or other individuals is not permitted unless they are working directly on your server and only require access for installation or development purposes.

5. Custom Products

Custom-made products created specifically for a customer remain the intellectual property of Clipbait Design unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Customers may use custom products on their approved server but may not:

Sell the custom work.
Distribute the files.
Modify and release the work as their own product.

6. Ownership & Copyright

All designs, textures, models, concepts, and files created by Clipbait Design remain the property of Clipbait Design.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, ownership, or intellectual property rights.

Clipbait Design reserves all rights not specifically granted in this Agreement.

7. Leaks & Unauthorized Distribution

Unauthorized sharing or leaking of Clipbait Design products is strictly prohibited.

If a product is leaked, Clipbait Design may take action including:

Revoking the user's license.
Removing access to support.
Reporting unauthorized distribution.
Pursuing additional action when necessary.

Users found distributing products may be permanently banned from purchasing future Clipbait Design products.

9. Third-Party Usage

Clipbait Design is not responsible for issues caused by:

Third-party FiveM resources.
Server frameworks.
Incorrect installation.
Customer modifications.
External software.

10. License Termination

Clipbait Design reserves the right to terminate a user's license if they violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, the user must stop using and remove all Clipbait Design products from their server.

11. Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing or using a Clipbait Design product, you confirm that:

You have read and agreed to this License Agreement.
You understand the limitations of your purchase.
You agree not to redistribute or misuse Clipbait Design products.
